Delivery is Free of charge in the UK on orders over £75. 

Our unique printed faces are made to order and hand finished, therefore
it takes a little bit longer for you to receive your order, between  5-7 days.

As soon as your  special purchase is on its way, we will email you your shipping
confirmation which will allow you to track the journey of your shipment online. 

Outside the EU – Import Rights & Taxes 
We do ship to all countries outside the EU on the basis of
“delivery with unpaid customs duties”. Please be aware that this does
mean that the recipient will be responsible for all sales taxes or import
duties that may apply locally to the purchase.   

Changes to Your Order 
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email as soon
as possible to info@castwatches.com our studio hours are:
Monday–Friday, 9AM–5.30PM. 

We always do our very best to accommodate your requests, but once an order
has we cannot always guarantee the order can be amended or cancelled.   

Purchases from the Cast online store can be returned and
refunded within 30 days of purchasing if the following conditions are met:

That the goods are unworn and sent back in their original packaging. 
 
Your return will be accepted if you enclose the proof of purchase that states  
the date you purchased, once received we will refund the buying price. 

NOTE: Personalised goods such as the faces uploaded by you are non-refundable.

This does not affect your legal rights to change you mind or the product is faulty
